Are shadow people real? What are they? Where do they come from? These are many questions that have been asked and that have yet to be answered. Many believe they are spirits, while others believe they are some type of evil entity. What all agree on is that they are black and in human form. Usually being seen out of our peripheral vision and are believed to move at tremendous speeds. A lot of times they are seen in hallways or doorways. From our experience, there seems to be 2 different types as far as we know. Normal size and the very large 7-8 foot shadow people. They don't seem to be evil whenever we have run into them and they do not speak. They just seem to be watching. Below is an O.R.B.S. original story from a family member and their run in with a certain shadow person. This particular shadow man is a bad omen messenger. If anyone has had this type of situation, we want to hear from you.
Here is my account of the shadow man. It's weird but every single story I have heard about a shadow man is dark and sinister. Although I can't say for sure this isn't,a negative entity, I find that the sightings I have experienced are a warning to us as you will see in the experiences I have had with him. The 1st sighting was see through, but I believe it to be the same one.
I was walking my dogs in the side yard, husband was traveling, and I saw an unusually tall see through figure that was peeking around the tree at me. I could see straight through him and his eyes were big and dark and I could see him blink. Well not too long after I saw him the neighbor that lived in the house right behind us died.
The first time I saw the shadow man he was standing across the street when I was getting my dog and cat in the house, it was in the evening and I looked across the street and there was a man standing there with no features or no outline of any clothing just a dark shadow, very tall, solid not see through. He was facing me, and you might say how did I know he was facing me if there were no features it was the feeling I had I knew he was looking in the direction of me at the front door. At first glance I thought it was someone watching the house, my husband was traveling at that point and it was just me and the kids home. I got the animals in and slammed the door. As I was slamming the door I saw him starting to walk away I never mentioned this to anyone and my daughter who was very young at the time was watching out the front window as I was letting the animals in and she said she had seen a man that looked like a shadow walking down the street in front of our house, she was scared! I let this incident go but 3 weeks later our cat was hit by a car and killed at just about the same spot I saw the shadow man.
The next incident was about the same type of incident and about 3 weeks after this sighting my beloved Chocolate Lab was hit by a car and killed in front of our house. We don't live on a busy street either it is a quiet residential area.
We were leaving the house one night and as I was driving away I saw this shadowy figure of a man running along side of the van, this time he was in our yard on our side of the street. 3-4 weeks later we came home from my parents house from having dinner and our house was completely engulfed in flames. We could do nothing but watch our house burn to the ground. The fire department could find no cause of the fire and this is the 2nd major fire on the property. We re-built on the same foundation.
In August I saw him again across the street and I told everyone in the house, I saw him so everyone needed to be careful!!! 3 weeks later my husband was in a motorcycle accident. The accident wasn't as bad as it could have been so maybe by my seeing him he may make us aware that some tragedy might be coming and we need to be careful!
I just recently saw him in my neighbors yard but only from the waist down not sure what that means, but I do know my elderly neighbor has problems with his legs. I haven't heard anything about my neighbor since my last sighting.
This shadow man lets me know there might be some impending danger coming our way. I just wish he could be more specific!!!
